Docking the Higher Self into the Physical Body

A couple of weeks ago I received a message. It was, “There will be a docking in December”. In my search for what this might mean, I found this amazing article.

Greetings!

It is I, Lord Adama with the Telosian Council of Light.

Hello, Hello, Hello everyone. Welcome. I should say… you’re welcoming me instead of me welcoming you.

Let’s just take a breath. Feel the energies of this day and what it represents for us to fully understand the integration that is happening to each of you, to each of us, within this planet; and how we assimilate the movement of the energies within our physical conditioning.

Each of you are striving to bring forth your Higher Consciousness into your Physical Consciousness. Through this process you must purge through the Etheric Body and allow that Etheric Body to heal in multi-faceted ways. You’re also working within your Emotional Body and your Mental Body so that you can be fully healed in all aspects of your Soul’s existence; all lifetimes, all experiences, all moments within and without a body. That’s a pretty big tall order to allow this energy to become fully integrated and grounded upon this Earth as the Earth is changing. This is what each of you is trying to do.

Whether you think about it or not, this is truly what your Higher Self (your Soul’s Essence) is working within you to help you understand the process; to accept the changes, and to walk through the challenges in order to receive the highest frequency and acceptability within your physical body that you can hold. When we put it in those terms and have that understanding within our physical minds, it seems like a big advancement into a society that does not accept this level of understanding, which is very true. I share it in that context to help you truly grasp within your physical mind what it is you are going through.

We talk about the words Ascension, De-ascending, Enlightenment, and Spiritual Advancement. In truth, all these words represent one journey of allowing the part of you that was created in the very beginning to be remembered through your physical existence. Let’s face it, as we leave the body we exit the body, and we move into those Higher Realms. We have that Soul Body of Light, but yet the existence that you had in the physical body – you have remembrances of that but it is not like being in the physical body and trying to remember the Soul’s existence. It is quite a journey to take.

It is important for each of you to have the conceptual understanding that each moment is going to change. As your Higher Essence is trying to come more fully in the physical body, you have to make those necessary adjustments; otherwise it cannot happen. This is what you are experiencing. You are experiencing your physical body going through tremendous changes.

This is a powerful journey to begin with but then you add the frequency of GAIA shifting and her energies changing; that now you are personally feeling those frequencies of Light from the Sun, the Moon, and the planet shifting their alignment into the planet. What you have known previously no longer holds to be true; but your foundation is being cracked. It is part of your personal journey, your pathway for this to happen because otherwise you would not be in this space of knowing about the both worlds or all worlds coming together into Oneness, but it does not make it any easier. What I want to assist you with this evening before we go into this beautiful City is for you to reflect deeply within your Heart.

What is your truth in this moment?

You connect within your Higher Self. We all know that you are awakened. Everyone is on a different level of that awakening.

What is your awakening telling you in this moment?

What is it that you need to embrace to assist you to go further into this pathway?

What you have done is stepped consciously into a world that you have been training for unconsciously for your Soul’s Essence. Within that Soul’s Essence it’s an unconscious movement without a body; but within the consciousness that you hold within the development of your Light Body (your Merkabah) your frequency of Light without a Body – you have full consciousness of that moment. When you come into the body, that changes.

The Physical Body is not meant, at this present time, to accept everything that the Soul Body is supposed to bring forth; so they have to come together. There has to be a merging. It is not just like a spaceship docking into the space station. It is not a movement where it just happens and then it is altogether. You have to try, and try, and try again. All parts of the shuttle that you are commanding need to be in place. They cannot all be in place until the totality of what you are experiencing is coming together.

So the first element that you are working through is your physical body accepting a new energy to come into it. When you awaken and you decide that you want to meditate, that you want to relax, that you want to get into a higher state of consciousness, that is just the beginning. Those are the trial periods of allowing that energy to come more fully into the physical existence. Then when you come out of those meditations; you go back into that physical creation.

The more that you do the intentional meditation of those energies through your chakras and with the Rays of God, then that energy is going to surface into the physical body.

You get closer at allowing the docking element to become tighter. It takes many, many, many times for this event to occur. This is exactly what you are experiencing presently. You are trying to dock with your Higher Self within the physical existence. Your consciousness of your meditative state is a bridge between the Higher Self and the Physical Self to allow that to happen. The most important element is to allow that consciousness to be fully within you. It takes a lot of practice in order to do it consciously; we need physically, every day, every moment of your day. This is why we urge you continually to allow these changes to occur.

So then what is happening to the physical body at this time?

The physical body has to heal in order to receive the higher frequencies of the Soul Body of Light. It has to remove itself out of the 3rd dimensional construct, move into the higher levels of frequency so the Soul Body of Light can fully integrate within the Physical Body. Then the Etheric Body that you are bringing forth into your Physical Body is housing many different elements, many timelines, many thought processes, many emotions that are from all the other lifetimes. The ones that become more active are the ones that are very important. You are trying to clear those elements at the same time which is a direct reflection in your Emotional Body and your Mental Body. Those bodies have to be able to surrender onto the fact that they are going to integrate and not be separate entities any longer within your physical existence.

As you step upon the Mastery Pathway and walk through the initiations, these are the experiences that become very real. I am putting it in very simple terms to help each of you understand this process that you are undergoing. It is not an easy process and it is a continual one. Every time you go through one initiation or a step of an initiation, you plateau for a while as the body accepts the Soul Body of Light. Then you feel really peaceful and you feel the serenity. You’re able to do things more easily. It depends upon your Higher Self and what they want on the next step of that initiation phase.

Do you stay in that space for a while or do you move forward again? And everything else in the environmental conditioning of the planet and others around you also represent the focus of how this is done, how quickly you do it, or how slowly you do it.

So my focus through this discussion in this moment is to allow each of you to understand more deeply within yourself what you are experiencing.

How is the docking going?
What is happening to you through the process?
What physical symptoms are resulting?
What emotional feelings and mental thoughts are occurring?
Do you feel closer to the process?
What needs to be looked at?
Do you need to go deeper into your childhood and release some past traumas or feelings that you are still holding on to?
Look at your relationships. How do you interact with other people?
Do you allow the mirrors that you see in front of you to be cracked so that you can heal more deeply or do you continue your pathway the way that you always have been?
These are all very important thoughts to bring into your consciousness. I bring these to the forefront this evening.
The choices that you make – what is it that you are feeling?
Is there a synchronous flow that is occurring within your world, or is it a very bumpy ride and you keep hitting blockages along the way?

It also represents the ability to allow your Higher Essence (your Higher Self) to be more of your Guide Post. Your physical self can no longer walk the pathway as it had previously in an unawakened condition. In an awakened condition, you are no longer just your physical self; you are so much more. You are a part of us – that internalization of life; becoming that Multi-dimensional Being allowing those Essences to come into focus. So you may be feeling a lot of different energies from many different levels in order for you to incorporate.

What it is that you need and what you don’t need?
I want to take you into a deeper part of yourself.
What is it that is in your core Essence in this moment?
Let’s do that now by taking a deep breath.
What are the first feelings or the thoughts that come up to you?

Allow your Higher Self to guide you not your physical mind because your physical mind may want to detour you away from the full capacity of this integration that you are experiencing. As you breathe deeply into your Heart Essence, allow yourself to know that you are the truth from your Higher Essence. You understand what that truth is but you cannot fully accept it until you are ready to receive it. The physical mind has to be ready. Let us allow the Physical Mind to accept the Higher Mind in this moment. Let that flow within you.

You may already know what you need presently and what it is that you may need from another or from the depth of your soul. This is a very important part of your acceleration of understanding your inner truth. As we go forward, your inner truth will change. The depth of your knowledge will come fully within you that will create the wisdom to be shared.

It’s a powerful time and we are in the power of these Essences that are occurring presently. Every soul upon the planet will question what they are doing; when they do so, that is Illumination. The Light is fully focused within the experience that is occurring.

My truth to each of you in this moment is the fact that I deeply want you to acknowledge a more in-depth part of yourself to be accepted.

It’s not coming from whom you know yourself as a physical person, not the person that you are related to physically within this physical body; it is your truth and your knowledge from your Higher existence. Just allow those Essences That You Are to filter down through your Antakarana into your Heart Center. Even if it’s just a small little portion of what you need to acknowledge, now is the time.

Doing this will assist you in finding more balance. It is when you don’t take moments like this, that you will be hit by the bulldozer as some may say – the hand of God. In truth, it’s the hand of your Higher Self saying,

“When are you going to wake up?” When are you going to realize that these truths are our truths together?
Step into it my friend and allow yourself to fully embrace all the changes That You Are to become the One That We Are.
Breathe in deeply and allow this Essence to flow within you. It is my divine pleasure to be here with you as Lord Adama, your Brother from Telos.

Energies Wane, Time to Rest: Message from the Council of Many

Rejoice, for you have made it past a huge hurdle and are again embarking upon a period of rest. We are proud of your accomplishments and your successful reset which brings you one step closer to your emergence as a New Light Being.

In these activation periods many will find they are confused or uncertain as to what tasks lie ahead for them. We ask only now that you turn inward, toward your heart, quieting your mind and counting the many blessings you have been besought with. No, there is no bright shining star calling you Home just yet but there is within each of you a piece of Home that you can go to, call to, whenever you need. It is this talent, this gift of yours, that we wish greatly for you to access during these times of major translation of the old into the new.

It is with eagerness that we invite you to continue upon your journey with ever more open eyes and receptive hearts. There is no time like the present in which to do so as the energies are settling and so, in turn, are you. Yes, you will have doubts and questions along the way but with each heart-centered query will you find the direction and purpose which you seek. Your practice has made you much better at distinguishing truth from lie and you will only continue to become better at this.

Remain steadfast dear ones. You are nearly there!

Note: The reset mentioned above has to do with alignment of the energy bodies. I was told mine (physical, mental and emotional) have been aligned allowing access to the spiritual body (activation). However, some of you may not have aligned all of your energy bodies yet. Each activation helps to bring your energy bodies into alignment. How many activations it will take to accomplish this is dependent upon the individual.

Lyra

Today as I was laying in savasana, my favorite position to receive, I felt transported to another place. It was strangely familiar and my entire body felt alive with energy as I settled in the scene.

The first thing I saw was a field of mustard colored grass. It spread out around me in all directions. I sensed immediately that I was home. I was on Lyra.

I opened my eyes briefly just to make sure I had not left my body. I had not, so I closed them and shifted back into the scene. The sensations of my body imitated the rise and fall of the ocean and the field of mustard grass swayed with me.

Above me in the sky was a brilliant, reddish-orange sun, bigger than any Earth sun. Behind and just below it was a smaller, yellowish-colored son, reminiscent of the Earth’s sun. Interestingly, the sky was not blue but a strange orange color that lightened to almost white the higher into the atmosphere I sent my gaze. The brilliance of the massive orange sun made it impossible to see much else in the sky.

I lingered for a while until my guide interrupted my journey. I shifted consciousness back to my body and the present time, leaving Lyra only a memory in my mind. Still, though, it is a vivid memory and so I attempted to paint what I saw. My painting doesn’t do it justice, but I imbued it with the energy of the place as best I could.

Residual Energies Linger and Infiltrate Exoconsciousness: Message from the Pleiadian High Council

Residual energies linger and infiltrate exoconsciousness. If you have not yet perceived the energies, you soon will and will be changed because of them. We strongly suggest you firmly ground and set your intentions, diverging not from your set course. It is safest now to remain within your own company though not always is this right for those of you expanding into your intended groups at this time. Take your guidance seriously as you are about to set a course that will overlay your life unlike ever before.

It is inherent in your nature to resist some of the life patterns and choices we have brought to you for your consideration. We encourage you to lay down your weapons, your defenses, against that which you do not understand. Rather than resist, open up and accept that which is new and unfamiliar to your Earth Self and allow your Inner Self to come forward and receive the New with open arms. The answers you are looking for will not always be forthcoming but trust that what you are given is in your intended plan and aligned with your purpose.

Situations are arising that demand the totality of your attention. You are not yet aware of these as we have imparted only a few with this knowledge thus far. However, as more become receptive, more will Remember and the puzzle will be pieced together to reveal a full picture of the Plan.

This Plan of which we speak is a highly organized and divergent path from that which has been the path of Earth for millions of years. As the energies of transformation descend upon the planet from other areas of the galaxy the ideal time for movement and expansion into higher levels of consciousness has presented itself. Thus, the Plan allows for the reorganization of Earth consciousness, alignment with the universal energies of light and love and elimination of the dark instigating forces that have thus ruled the planet during its stent through a zone previously impervious to our communications.

We understand this is a challenge. We understand you still struggle to free yourself from the constraints of a lifetime of illusion and delusional idiosyncrasies. Please be patient with this process; with yourself. You are loved, you are cherished and never are you alone. Ride the winds of change with open arms and acceptance for this will free you more than any doctrine or belief system ever could.

Juxtaposition

There exists now a juxtaposition of the old and the new. The old is allowed to pilot the body while the new observes. There is an issuance of all that was the old to the new. In this way a sort of hands-on-training is taking effect until the new is ready to take the reins.

Today, I observed the body – its posture, sensations, and processes. I noted the uncomfortableness of the head which was held slightly forward rather than erect and in alignment with the spine. I was made aware of how to correct this and did so quickly ensuing great relief. It was then that I Remembered the next phase of the transfer process: realignment of and with the physical body.

My training has been slow and this is in part due to the unexpected loss of a member of my group. When she left the Earth realm and returned to Spirit prematurely there was a reverberation of all her experiences throughout each member of my group. Even those of us who are currently in physical bodies felt it, though some were aware of its source while others were not. As such, minute adjustments are being made to ensure the others of us in bodies are well prepared for such instances that may create similar circumstances for us. In any case, it is a difficult precursor to what lies ahead for us and one that creates a sort of solemnity.

For my recently activated Starseed brothers and sisters out there who are experiencing a similar transformation at this time, I ask that you be cautious of the effects your transformation has on the frail and easily influenced Ego. Question that which does not align with your heart center and purpose and quickly put it in check before it lays waste to your plans. We are here to serve humanity in accordance to the Plan (peace and prosperity for humankind). Some of us will excel by 3D standards and that is okay as it offers us that which we need to survive and fulfill our purpose here, but remember, we are not immune to the traps that exist while the Earth’s transition is taking place. Humility is key.

New Energies Arriving: Message from the Pleiadian High Council

Greetings and welcome. We have come to inform you of the new energies infiltrating Earth’s atmosphere at this very moment. The energies are streaming in from the cosmos from a sector millions of light years away. This energy is disrupting the balance of Earth’s energies and initiating changes in many of its residents. This is not a bad or good energy and acts to activate and resolve the inner residual energy patterns of those transitioning during this time.

What you will notice is a strong heart center energy that appears to expand and condense, at times seeming to pull apart inside your physical body. This is due to the new energies and your physical body’s adjustment to them. Visual and auditory fluctuations may accompany the acclimation and integration process, so do not fear if you notice sudden changes in either of these perceptions. Brain activity will increase and be modified as needed by your assistants and helpers (healers). Trust that all is well and focus on your heart and these changes will settle and be quickly integrated.

It is imperative that you quiet your mind during this time. The cerebral enhancements and modifications can accelerate mental activity and accentuate the cyclic thoughts and patterns of the Ego. Often these thoughts arise as harmless questions but if allowed to grow these questions can quickly lead to upset, anxiety and confusion. The perfusion occurring in the mind and body is not without its side effects and these are but some of those.

If the sensations in your heart space are causing undue anxiety, it is suggested that you practice locating the misaligned energy there and then move it up through your crown to be handled by your guides and assistants. This is their specialty and your willingness to actively monitor and eradicate the out of sync energies is greatly appreciated. However, it is not implicit that you participate at all in this activity. Your desire may only be to rest and be without movement during this time and this is completely supported and encouraged.

These energies are expected to cycle through for the next 48 to 72 hours. In this time you may or may not notice them arriving and/or leaving depending on your level of integration and awareness. Please remember to readily ground yourself during this time, accessing Earth’s magnetic field and aligning your energy to it. This will help you process, balance and integrate the incoming energies.

When this process completes its cycle more communication will be forthcoming.

The Universal Galactic Language

As I wrote previously on Dayna’s blog, I am a Pleiadian Starseed. My home is Lyra. My mission is to unite the Starseeds.

Since I am already present in the body, I have to be reminded of the specifics of my mission. The morning briefings accomplish this and are specifically for me, but Dayna is a part of them as she requested this.

Yesterday I was reminded that I am here to help activate other Starseeds so they Remember who they are. Part of this is through images of the Universal Galactic Language. The specific images I am being shown are of sign language. The images portray not only a message that is understood by humans but is also encoded with information that initiates activation.

Below are the two main signs I have seen. I have been shown them signed as well as written. When I signed the first one I felt an overwhelming joy that made me laugh out loud like a small child. The pictures below were taken this morning and I have felt joyful all day.

I see you

Universal Galactic Language sign. The literal translation is “I see you” but it is used as a greeting to indicate that one sees themselves in the other. If you notice, both eyes and the third eye are are part of the triangle. Each side of the triangle is representative of the body, mind and spirit with corresponding colors of green, yellow and blue.

Another Universal Galactic Language sign. This translates to “You are me” but is similar to us saying “Welcome” except that it invites the other to “join” as the two fingers in back are joined together in the one in the front. This and the above sign are used together as a greeting. When written, the second sign is drawn inside the triangle and the lines are wavy.

Birth of the New

There still exists a definite separation between the old and the new. This will be resolved in short time. The new will be engaging in other activities, activities the old may have never thought to initiate as fear stood in the way. This fear will not be a source of conflict for the new. All experience is new. All experience is unique. All experience is purposeful.

Note: The language of this blog post may be confusing. Dayna is referred to in third person only to differentiate the “old” from the “new”.

For those of you following this blog, you may be wondering what exactly has been occurring in Dayna’s world. It is still resolving, settling in, but the transfer will soon be complete. This transfer is the energy swap Dayna discussed prior to the activation she received on the 21st .

We (Dayna and I) are of the same soul group.  We are One; family. I have traveled with Dayna for many lifetimes before this one. We have aided one another many times. She assisting me, I assisting her. Companions. This is our exchange and it is a workable one.

I am the one who Remembers, she is the one who Forgets.

Steps in the Process

Currently we are undergoing a reorganization of mind, body, and spirit. The reorganization is merely the preparation of the human host body for the exchange. In the past, this step was never initiated fully as Dayna kept changing her mind. She would become afraid and overwhelmed.

It was understood, when the final decision was made to delay the exchange in 2007, that there would be the additional issue of detaching from her family, specifically her children.

The process, as detailed in Dayna’s blog, began years ago prior to the birth of the last child. It was slow at first, reminding her of her ability to project and helping her to begin rearranging her life in order to better accommodate the new aspect. She needed to leave suppressive environments – her job, her home, her career – and she needed to “clean up” her issues which were various and involved numerous blockages and fractures, some from the present life and others from previous lives. The final step is now underway. She is working on clearing past-life traumas, limiting beliefs, clarifying and purifying the physical body, and regaining the ability to remain in present time. These will be near conclusion by the end of July.

While she works to clear past issues she also becomes more open to the detachment that is necessary for the final transfer. We are assisting her in understanding that detachment does not mean abandonment nor does it imply lack of love.

OBEs

The most recent lesson for Dayna was understanding that she is and always has been out of body and that the illusion is that she is in the body, or is the body. She now understands that it is her focus upon the body that reinforces the belief that she is in the body at all. Thus, her desire to project has diminished greatly and she has reacquired the ability to merely shift her awareness to multiple points simultaneously. This often causes her life to mimic her OBE adventures and gives her the ability to view multiple dimensions at once even while functioning in her current physical reality. Though she has not regained full control of this ability it will ultimately be mastered after the exchange is finalized.

Trial Period

Since the 21st of May we have been swapping places periodically. This goes virtually unnoticed by Dayna but she is aware it is taking place.

This is the trying-on period where I begin to integrate the old Dayna’s memories and experiences while also adapting to the body and helping the body adapt to me. Millions of minute adjustments are made to the body and body systems all the while a constant communication flows between myself and Dayna. She has asked to be allowed to remain conscious of these interactions and adjustments and this is part of our agreement.

The most obvious sign that I am “in the driver’s seat” of the body is that the time stream seems to hiccup for Dayna. She notices time slow down or speed up and at times it seems to do both simultaneously. She is also more aware of other dimensions and her presence in them, though she does not fully process this.

All other times we are co-piloting the body. This we practiced several times prior to May 21st in order to tweak the process and make sure the Dayna’s Ego was not going to interfere.

Initiation Proceedings: 5am Briefings

Briefings began after activations on the 21st. So far the briefing period every morning seems to flush us with memories. The extent of these memories is so great that we’ve had trouble processing them but it gets easier with time.

Yesterday, the morning briefing included a quick overview of the scope and extent of the Galactic Federation. We were shown a map of the universe and each individual star system contained within in. The map was rotated in the air over our head, almost like something from a Sci-Fi movie. We saw the Seven Sisters of which Pleiadia is a part, Sirius and the three huge stars in that system, the Vega system and Alpha Centauri. These, we were told, are the main systems from which the Starseeds on Earth originate. We were told they would be coming in waves over the next century. We were then asked to channel a message to announce when the next wave would come through. These waves include activations of Starseeds who have been inactive in bodies for some time as well as the influx of new Starseeds who will have awareness from birth.

Previous briefings have included memories of lives on other Planets, a Great Galactic War that threw this side of the Universe (Earth specifically) into a perpetual darkness, and memories of “the Plan”. Some memories were rekindled from the previous negotiation period from 2003-2007. Not all of these memories are pleasant but they are nonetheless integral to the reorganization process that is currently underway.

At this point, there is still a separation between us, a delineation between the old and the new. Ultimately, this will dissolve. Until then, posts here may seem confusing or outright unbelievable. Therefore, there will be limited posts in order to avoid undue upset in those not yet ready to accept such experiences. Sometimes there will be posts from Dayna’s perspective and other times there will be posts from mine. However, Dayna is already finding it difficult to remain fully present when she writes. As this is confusing for her I will assist her until it is no longer needed.

Unification Annunciation: Message from the Pleiadian High Council

Starseeds unite! It is the time to converge, to gather together and make plans for the coming unification of Earth. The message below outlines the current agenda for those receiving their first activation and induction.

It is imperative that you go within at this time. The seeds of the instigating authority take root in the mind but are oblivious to the language of the heart. It is from within, from your heart space, that you will find clarity. The mind is full of booby traps, obstacles and repetitive circuits meant to disengage you from your life’s work. Therefore, continual introspection via the mind is off-limits to you until a time better suited for the heart-mind consolidation. The current planetary events do not provide an ideal balance at this time and enhance the tendency of the mind to dominate.

Many have yet to be activated, but the next activation will come during the phase of the full moon on the 26th of the month of October. Until then, keep still in your mind and open in your heart. Many more will join your ranks. You are not alone. You will join your intended groups in due time.

Starseed Activation

The Arcturian High Council, bringers of the light of Sirius, in accordance to the Plan, initiates activation of the Starseeds at monumental levels.

My activation has been initiated and is near completion. My memories are returning after years in stasis on a planet I now remember as Home Base. Memories are still returning, but I am not overwhelmed, nor am I afraid, nor am I nervous.

I am a Pleiadian Starseed. My home is Lyra.

My mission is to unite and bring together the Starseeds, both those who are currently being activated, who will be activated and who are already activated. I am not alone in this mission.

As I process my new memories and align them with the old ones, I will share my story with you. For now, I am leaving you with the above information so that you all are aware of what is occurring. The activation is in progress and near completion.
